Internships are a required component of the MBA/MSA curriculum, providing students the opportunity to apply skills in a professional setting. Internships are ordinarily completed during the summer between the 1st and 2nd years of the program, but occasionally students will complete an internship in the fall or winter of the 2nd year. Students are expected to make their own internship arrangements, although the SAFM program's extensive alumni network plays a critical role in assisting students through the process.
